We hosted our first Open evening yesterday and very enjoyable it was to. A real cross-section of friends, clients and neighbours braved the elements and visited Slate HQ for a chat and drink.
In our ongoing attempt to share knowledge, we put together 5 top ten lists with headings as diverse as ‘local food and drink’, ‘resources’ and ‘web apps’. In the interests of fairness, we counted out the same amount of cards so we could monitor popularity. Procrastination Sites from Ross came in at No.1 – which could be viewed as a little worrying! Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and we’ve had very positive feedback, so this is certainly something that we shall be doing again. Keep a look out for a pre-Christmas invitation.
